Message from the Club Chariman - Colin Whitton
Please see comments with regards to this from Rachel Head Ranger who sent me another e-mail today with regards to a Complaint from a Local Resident.
This is the 4th complaint I have received since the start of the season so need everybody to work towards solving this issue as we do not want cars being ticketed.
We have received another complaint from a local resident about the parking at the weekend. The main point of the complaint was that the cones did not extend to where they should be. Could you make sure that they are put out as per the map this weekend?
Could you also amend your web page to say the following:
Parking
Please note that the car park at our ground cannot cater for the numbers which arrive most Saturdays . Please respect the parking restrictions in place as you approach the grounds, do not park between or move cones. We ask that you be considerate of local residents and help us keep the road clear at all times into the ground. We have had a number of people are parking illegally, i.e. parking on the pavement or double parking. There is a real possibility that any illegal parking will be reported to the police and result in issuing of a fixed penalty notice or subsequent prosecution.
To help with this problem the Club asks that:-
- Everyone parks in a considerate manner to maximise the available parking space.
- No one must park illegally.
- Those that live within walking distance of the ground please leave your car at home.
- Where possible, those that have to drive, share cars.
As with the parking the club would ask that all visiting teams are aware that all rubbish must be either taken away with them or disposed of in the bins on site.'

As you can see there are a few points to deal with.
Can I ask you all to please follow the map which show's exactly where the cones should go. I have asked that more cones be ordered and we are looking at purchasing a new trolley. Please also pass on the information included in the e-mail to the visiting teams with regards to parking and rubbish
